Shipping & Returns

Any item purchased on our website or by phone that meets the refund terms below can be returned for refund or exchange either by mail or in person at Creative Kitchen.

Return by Mail:

1. Call 888-404-5587 or email [email protected] to setup the return and indicate whether you would prefer a refund or exchange.

2. Ship the package and your receipt to:

Refund Terms (Website and Phone Purchases)
Pending inspection, a refund will be issued to you for the value of the item, including taxes.

Within 30 days of purchase and with original receipt a refund will be processed in the original tender (cash, credit card, etc.). OR

After 30 days of purchase or with gift receipt or without original receipt a refund will be processed for store credit.

In addition:

• Returned items must be in original packaging with all components in "like new" condition; otherwise, a 15% restocking fee may be charged.
• Food products are non-returnable.
• Seasonal items may not be returned after the holiday.
• Discontinued items are returnable for up to one year from discontinued date.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
